Iranian Berliners: Sound Portraits

An invitation to explore the city: the sound artist Shaahin Peymani visits Iranian Berliners in places that are important to them. Among others, you can listen to a doctor, an anthropologist, a restaurant owner, a data scientist, an artist, a hairdresser and an investor. This creates a fabric of everyday experience and a new sense of Berlin from the perspective of people who have found their center of life here.

In addition, Shaahin Peymani will present a world premiere together with cellist Judith Hamann and clarinetist Florian Bergmann at the festival on June 2-3 at Theater Aufbau Kreuzberg.
